Last Saturday 12th July two professional pilots were appointed by GOAT Drones Solutions SL to go to the CPEIP Santos Justo y Pastor in Fustiñana (Navarra). Both Javier Gracia and Daniel Navarro provided a service for the City Council of Fustiñana to teach an introductory course on drones for children and young people in the town.
The training, which lasted about four hours, consisted of an introduction to drones, a theoretical module with a final questionnaire and a practical session in which the youngsters were able to fly a drone (in most cases for the first time) under the supervision of the pilots. After that, the students were given a junior pilot diploma and a document with a brief introduction to the Spanish UAS regulations for their parents or legal tutors.
